Recruitment FAQs
How do I apply for a vacancy?
Open a vacancy, select Apply Now, sign in or create an account, complete the application, review it, and submit before the deadline.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. An account lets you save drafts and track your applications.
Can I apply for more than one vacancy?
Yes. Each vacancy needs its own application and receives its own reference number.
Can I update my application after submission?
You can update your reusable profile, but submitted application answers remain as sent. Contact HR if a correction is needed.
What documents are required?
Every vacancy requires a CV and motivational letter. The application may request other supporting documents.
How will I know whether I have been shortlisted?
Check your candidate dashboard and the email address on your account. HR releases candidate-facing decisions when ready.
How long does the recruitment process take?
Timing varies by vacancy and assessment steps. Your dashboard shows your current stage.
What types of assessments may be used?
A vacancy may include timed written answers, scored questions, or an interview. Instructions appear in your dashboard if you are invited.
How will I be contacted?
IACA uses your account email for recruitment messages. Your dashboard holds the relevant application details.
Can I withdraw my application?
Yes, while your application is active. Open it from your candidate dashboard and choose Withdraw application.
What happens after selection?
HR may issue a conditional offer and request pre-employment checks. You can respond to the offer and complete assigned tasks in the portal.
Can I register for future opportunities?
You can subscribe to job alerts. Candidates recommended for a roster receive a separate invitation and choose whether to opt in.
Does IACA charge an application or recruitment fee?
The portal does not request payment to apply. If you receive a payment request claiming to be part of IACA recruitment, contact IACA HR through an official IACA channel.
